Squad is a cost effective way to develop your fitness, and if wishing to compete in triathlon then a way to improve and develop your skills.
As a group you will start at the same time and race the desired event. You will all get to know each other and also train together and support each other as well as haven access to a coach. On the Event day I will be there to support and cheer you on. As part of the deal you will have access to the Squad WhatsApp group and monthly online meetings were we will discuss a variety of topics from nutrition to Raceday and injury prevention. I as coach will hold Q&A sessions and you will be able to have contact with myself. There will be two options a set plan to follow or a more bespoke option tailored for you and your goals, all sessions will be delivered on the Training Peaks Platform and straight to you Fitness tracker (depending on your device).
