About me

I am an independent triathlon coach, I am qualified as a level 2 diploma coach from British Triathlon and also a level 1 Training Peaks coach, but have extensive knowledge in the sports field. I also coach at St Helen's Triathlon club where I am currently the head coach. I completed a sports science degree and was a basketball coach for many years before I turned to open water swimming and triathlon. I've coached a number of different athletes from age group athletes to beginners. So no matter what your goal I can help you work toward that. I have a lot of experience working with time bound athletes, we all know that fitting in training time into busy lives can at times be difficult but it's not impossible.
